A Snack Area is located in the museum lobby for enjoying your snack or lunch. You can bring your own snack or purchase something here. Fruit snacks, crackers, granola bars, yogurt, string cheese and assorted beverages are for sale in the vending area.
Working Wonders’ Gift Store lets you take a piece of the wonder home with you! Straight from the exhibits and into your home, our exhibit-related educational toys and puzzles are just the thing to keep your little one’s gears turning.
Coat hooks are available in the lobby for coats, backpacks and diaper bags.
Stroller parking for buggies big and small is also located in the lobby. Due to space limitations in the exhibits we ask that guests park their strollers in our lobby area. Front packs for babies are available for use free of charge.
Lockers are available for purses and small bags (Available for rent at the Front Desk).
Diaper changing stations are located in museum restrooms. Extra diapers and wipes are available at the Front Desk free of charge.
- Wheelchair Accessible Restrooms
Two wheelchair accessible restrooms are available in the museum. Additional restrooms are located down a walkway near the elevator in The Shops.
An elevator is located across the foot bridge in the next building (to the west) behind Bella Cucina.
- Old Mill District Amenities
The Ameritel Inn sits on the bluff overlooking the The Shops and is a short walk up the path.
An ATM is located at the Regal Old Mill 16.
For more information about where to stay and what to do in Central Oregon, be sure to check out COVA. COVA is located between Columbia Street Bridge and Coldwater Creek.
There are several dining options within walking distance of Working Wonders: Red Robin, Quiznos, Flatbread Community Oven, Pastini, Cafe Yum, Anthony’s Home Port Fish House and Ben & Jerry’s.
From Banana Republic and Coldwater Creek to Helly Hansen, J. Jill, and REI, The Shops at the Old Mill offers the best shopping in Central Oregon. For younger shoppers, be sure to stop by The Children’s Place, Claire’s and Gap Kids.
Regal Old Mill 16 cinemas is located in the next building.
